NOTICE:The owners of Equipmax, a Mid Atlantic based contractors tool, equipment, and material supplier, have decided to liquidate all inventory in order refocus their business procedure. Equipmax will continue to offer contractors tools and supplies, however, sales will continue via web-based portal. All assets are to be liquidated at Absolute Auction, without minimums, reserves, or buyer’s premium. Everything in the auction is owned by Equipmax and must sell to the highest bidder regardless of price! |
| SALES TAX:The Commonwealth of PA requires that sales tax be collected on all items being sold. Pennsylvania State Sales Tax will be collected at the rate of 6% unless a valid exemption is produced. |
| REMOVAL:After complete payment, all sale items may be removed on either sale day as long as the removal activity is not disruptive to the sale and only until 5:00 p.m. Items may also be removed Sunday, November 5 thru Friday, November 10, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. All items must be removed no later than Friday, November 10, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. |
